Today is a very important day. First legalized gay weddings are started in Massachusetts. Watching video of these weddings bring tears to my eyes. I feel like the day that I first watched Brian and Justin dance in Justin's prom. Wishing for the right to officially be known as a partner of someone you love is perhaps one of the most basic rights of every human being. We don't want much, just the right to live like other people. And as I wrote yesterday, I think being the first state in US (Canada legalized gay marriage a few years ago), which accept our rights is somehow because Massachusetts is best educated state in US after DC.
