Its Not Easy Being Green.

When I was about 4 or 5 years old I had an Ernie doll. He was my best friend. Over past 20 years they tried to convince children (or perhaps their parents) that Bert and Ernie are not gay lovers. But I still think that it's a little ridiculous to assume that they are any thing but queer. Specially my lovely Ernie.

Why are there so many songs about rainbows
and what's on the other side?
Rainbows are visions, but only illusions,
and rainbows have nothing to hide.
So we've been told and some chose to believe it.
I know they're wrong wait and see.
Someday we'll find it, the rainbow connection.
