They Might as Well Get Used to It.

After thinking about George Bush’s open battle with gay marriage and recent parliament election of Iran, I wonder how much conservatives around the world are like each other. But after reading Alan Sullivan's Gay Tehran article which mentioned that: "Iran's ayatollahs will have to share this planet with Britney Speers, just as Jesse Helms does. They might as well get used to it", I thought that although it takes them more than 20 years to understand that, and (god help us) another decade to (gradually) accept it, unfortunately it seems they tend to forget their lessons and so are US ones. But life will go on anyway. Whether they agree or not.

.... And there is a very great collection of history of ancient and modern world by Barry Stone which I learned very much from it. Also he has a great gay art website. After reading "Shahed Bazi" by "Sirus Shamisa" and many other references about history of gay Iran, I just can't understand how they can deny our existence or even how they can't accept us?
